The FLY Gala is the South Sound’s premiere red-carpet experience dedicated to celebrating and empowering girls in grades 6–12. Now in its 8th year, the FLY Gala is more than an event — it is a transformational night designed to remind every girl that she is worthy, powerful, and capable of leading with confidence.
Each year, more than 150 girls from across the Greater Puget Sound region gather for an unforgettable evening filled with joy, sisterhood, and celebration.
Guests arrive in gowns and formal wear, walking the red carpet while being photographed by the “paparazzi.” Every attendee receives free access to professional photos and is showered with affirmations and celebration from the moment they arrive.
The evening includes a beautifully plated dinner, a breathtaking dessert bar, and multiple creative and confidence-building activity stations. Girls can enjoy music, dancing, raffles, and fun throughout the night — all designed to cultivate joy, belonging, and self-expression.
Inspiring speakers and youth performers take the stage to uplift guests, reinforce themes of self-love, community, leadership, and emotional well-being, and encourage girls to step boldly into their purpose.
The FLY Gala proudly presents the She Leads Youth Awards, honoring three outstanding young women in grades 6–12 who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in their schools or communities.
Awardees may be nominated by others or nominate themselves, giving girls the opportunity to advocate for their own leadership journey. Whether they lead service projects, speak out for change, uplift peers, volunteer, or contribute creatively to their community — these young women embody what it means to lead with heart.
