Empowering Girls Through Every Stage of Growth

Girls Hearts on Fire (GHOF) provides a developmentally aligned pathway for girls in grades 3–12, designed to support confidence-building, leadership development, mental wellness, and post-secondary readiness. Our programs meet girls where they are and grow with them through each critical stage of development.

Research shows that early access to mentorship, leadership opportunities, and supportive relationships—especially before age 14—can significantly shape long-term outcomes. GHOF intentionally begins engagement in elementary school and continues consistent support through high school to ensure girls have the tools, confidence, and community they need to thrive.

Our programming is grounded in positive youth development, social-emotional learning, mentorship, and leadership practice — all delivered in safe, supportive, and empowering spaces.
